Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Handling Charges
Standard Shipping (UK): carrier calculated or FREE on orders over £50. Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days.
Express Shipping (UK): carrier calculated. Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days.
International Shipping (EU): carrier calculated (5-7 working days).
Rest of World: carrier calculated (7-14 working days). 

2. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. 
 
3. Delivery Restrictions & Surcharges
While we deliver throughout the UK, surcharges may apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and certain Scottish Highlands postcodes (e.g., IV, HS,

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. The customer is responsible for these charges unless otherwise stated.
